DIY Room/Linen Spray
Before reading this post, please see our disclaimer here.
I don’t know about ya’ll but, I am not a fan of going in the bathroom after someone else. I’m just not. Especially if they have been in there a while.
With me being on this wellness, no chemical journey, I have had to change a couple things over immediately. If you have followed me for a while, you already know that I have a sensitive nose. I mean, a really sensitive nose. My nose is so sensitive that, at times, I can feel sick to my stomach smelling certain things.
With all this being my reality, how do I handle stinky rooms?

This DIY Room/Linen Spray…
First, I had to order a spray bottle to put all of this in. I use these amber 2oz bottles. Once they arrived, I put a pinch of Himalayan salt in the bottle with 10 drops of Purification™and 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
Why the salt? It is a dispersant. There’s some science behind all of it (which I love…science teacher here🙋🏽♀️) but, I’ll spare you all of that. Basically, the salt allows the oil to disperse evenly throughout the water. Make sure you shake your bottle throughly before each use. This will just wake it all up again.
When you are wanting to use it, it won’t take much. I spray it in the bathroom, in my trashcan, in any room where I want the smell to change. It smells like fruity cereal to me.
I also will use it on my sheets when I’m making the bed after washing. I am in love with this little bottle of goodness.
If you try this at home, let me know your thoughts in the comment section!
Until next time…
